Garlic pods- 20-40
onions-1/4 cut into halves
pepper -1 tsp
tamarind- a lemon sized ball( soaked and syrup extracted)
coriander powder-1/2 table spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 spoon salt to taste.
oil -tastes best with gingely oil
