Ingredients
Arvi/Seppankizhangu-200gms
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Rice flour-half tsp
Onion-small Chopped
Turmeric powder-half tsp
Sombu/Fennel seed powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry
Method
- Cook the Arvi in hot water until it turns firm and soft/pressure cooker 2 whistles
- Peel the skin and chop them into slices
- Make all the powders, and salt as a mix
- .Heat the oil in a pan,toss the onions and sprinkle the powder then add chopped kizhangu mix the well ....
- when it slightly brown add Rice flour and salute it welll
- Fry until it turns golden brown
Chembu fry looks delicious.
