Taro root fry
Taro root is a starchy potato like with a brown fibrous skin gray white flesh. It is called seppankizhangu in Tamil . It can be used similar to potato. According to me it is best when eaten with curd rice and sambar rice. Here is the recipe, try it.

Ingredients:
15 - Taro roots ( Chaamadumpa, Arvi)
2 tsps - Red chilli powder
1 tsp -coriander powder
1 tsp - Turmeric powder
ginger garlic paste-little (optional)
1/2 tsp - Salt or to taste
3 tbsp - Oil

Method:
Wash and cut taro roots .In a Pan Add Chilli powder,Coriander ,Turmeric and Ginger garlic paste and salt to taro root and little oil to it and cook it .
Do not overcook them, else they will turn mushy. When done, let them cool till they reach room temperature.T
Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, and add the taro roots. then fry them until golden brown
