Chicken Frankie(Indian Burrito! )
Ingredient:
Chicken -Boneless
Chopped onions 2
Chopped tomatoes 1
Coriander powder- tsp
Egg-1
Finely chopped garlic -1 tsp
Finely chopped ginger-2
Jeera
Chopped tomotes
Oil
Red chillie - to taste
Turmeric
Regular atta/ wheat flour-2
salt to taste
Lemon
Fillings:
Chopped onions 2
Chopped tomatoes 1
Lemon juice
coriander leaves
Method :
- Heat oil in non-stick pan and add jeera and let it splutter.
- Add chopped onions to the pan and salt for onions so they cook fast. Let the onions cook for 4-5 minutes till they become translucent.
- Add finely chopped garlic and ginger
- Add tomatoes, chillie powder , coriander powder and tumeric cook the mixture till oil separates.
- Add ground chicken, salt to taste

- Mix the chicken mixture well and cook about 10 min on meduim-low flame or till the chicken is well cooked.
- In a container take atta or wheat flour and add salt and water. Mix thorougly. and make chaphatti
- After the frankie/chapphathi is cooked well on both sides,apply Beaten Egg on one side .....
- Then sprinkle little chopped onion,chopped tomotes in the center of the frankie lengthwise , add the chicken mixture and roll it out like a tube. and add little lemon and coriander leaves
- So the chicken mixture should look like filling in a tube. Enjoy!
